ME
I was born in Alabama and have lived in Charleston, SC for the past seven plus years, working in marketing and project management across several industries. I have a knack for understanding people and tapping into their desires, making me a considerable story teller and skilled marketer who knows how to sell. I'm energetic, passionate and creative.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I graduated in communications from the University of Alabama and began my career as the marketing director for Charleston's first liquor distillery when it opened in 2013. I've worked with several other businesses along the way too, helping build brands and improve their communication efforts. After some time as a project manager in the maritime industry developing my PM skills. I am now a Marketing Coordinator for RMF Engineering, a full-service engineering firm with 13 offices along the eastern coast.
WHAT I DO
I am a marketer, but even more so, a communicator. What does that mean? I communicate messages to your business's target audience through creative content, special events, social media and public relations. I articulate what you want to say, decide how to say it, then relay that message for optimal impact. I take your goals and ideas and bring them to life.
SOME WORK

Branding design for liquor distillery with a target market of 28-45 year old males and females. Directed photography and curated all content that focusses on handcrafted, traditional spirits that use local, top-notch ingredients and fit into the outdoor lifestyle of South Carolina and cocktail culture of Charleston, S.C.
Writing feature on Southern Living Magazine's blog, The Daily South.
Designed product labels for craft liquor distillery. Client's wanted the label to create brand recognition and position the distillery as "coastal, funky, clean booze."
Oversaw "Shaq at Sea" project implemented across 12 ship fleet for Carnival Cruise Lines.
Designed website and wrote all content.
Launched a special release bourbon for small distillery with a private ticketed event that sold out and resulted in a 93% net profit margin.
Instagram content creation and management.
Feature for client on BuzzFeed's 36 Reasons to Love Charleston.
Created logo for The Citadel's "Stray Dog Society"
